PORA is efficiently guided by our elected Board of Directors with assistance from full and part-time employees and our committed volunteers. All board members are volunteers and generously devote hours to PORA's operation and development. Board members also serve on a variety of committees and act as liaisons for the entire PORA Board, often bringing back critical information to be discussed. Thank you.

Open Board Meetings
There are several open Board Meetings each year where the members of PORA are invited to attend. The open meetings are announced over social media, in PORA's electronic newsletter and on PORA's website.
These usually include:
- April: Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 4:00pm
- July: Thursday, July 30, 2026, time TBD
- October: Friday, October 30, 2026, time TBD
Monthly Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets weekly on Wednesdays at the PORA office.
